Spotify and R/GA set out to map out a strategic marketing plan for the full lifecycle of a Spotify user. Our team collaborated with Spotify's brand, analytics, operations and marketing teams in order to create the most effective framework for our messaging. We utilized existing customer metrics along with new proposed data points for innovative communication opportunities. I worked closely with our strategy team and Spotify's internal groups to ensure that our new communications aligned with Spotify’s marketing objectives. I made certain that our ideas were visually on brand as well as technically possible within their requirements. Ultimately I led a design team to execute our strategy into an innovative and data driven design system to support their lifecycle strategy and long-term ambitions.
